Do you have a heart shaped tongue?

My baby had tongue tie and it was corrected. One of the reasons I found out that she had it was because she had a heart shaped tongue, among other symptoms that pointed to tongue tie. The doctor corrected hers and for some reason I guess I assumed that her tongue would no longer be heart shaped after it was corrected but it still is. I think it’s neat but I didn’t even know heart shaped tongues happened. Does anyone else have a heart shaped tongue? Did you/do you have tongue tie or do some people just randomly have heart shaped tongues?
