Do you check your baby’s HR everyday

Question

My partner and I love to check our boys heart rate at night with our Doppler, we think it’s fun to see how low or high he is! 
It takes a couple minutes to find sometimes and sometimes we can’t and try later. 
Does anyone else do this? It’s a neat way to remind myself he is really there lol

I got so frustrated with not being able to find her heartbeat that I gave up trying. Now she kicks the crap out of me so I know she’s ok. I think I only ever found it once or twice before she got to moving real good. Now it just sits in my drawer haha

I did until I could feel consistent movement! My high risk doctor actually suggested it to help my anxiety.

I check everyday sometimes 2x a day 😅😅 yet I still can’t believe I’m really pregnant.

Nope. I try not to check more than once every week or few weeks. I think every other day is probably still safe but I’m not risking it. Definitely keeping my Doppler time to the bare minimum.

No. I bought a Doppler last pregnancy and used it a few times, but I haven’t used it at all this pregnancy. I might dig it out and give it a listen, but I have to locate it. 😂

Look up how a Doppler works and how it affects baby. I would not do this often.

I did with my first baby! I’m not far enough long yet with this one but as soon as I am, I’ll be listening 😂 It’s one of my favorite parts of being pregnant! With my daughter I was never not able to find it, but I did however splurge and get a more expensive, better one. I have the worsssst anxiety about miscarrying
