Need fiber or probiotics ? 🤔
How do you know if you need more fiber or probiotics ? Since having my daughter I’ve been having a hard time pooping (TMI sorry 😏) . Stool softeners don’t work , don’t want to do laxatives ( breastfeed and don’t want my daughter pooping her guts out) . I’ve tried eating foods with more fiber and that didn’t help much so I’m wondering if I need to try probiotics
