Help!

I got my first ultrasound done yesterday (7 weeks 6 days) and I was told there was a gestational sac but no fetal pole. Has anyone else had this and what was your outcome? I’m terrified that I’m going to miscarry again. I did track my ovulation and I ovulated on Jan 14th, and my last period was 12/31/19 and I get my period every month so I know my dates aren’t off. I also got my blood drawn 3 times, at 4 weeks it was 35 then 2 days later it was 101 then my last draw at 5 weeks 6 days it was 3580. I’m going back in on March 9th for another ultrasound.
