Cramping - How much is normal??

Question

I had a miscarriage in November and found out I am pregnant again last week. 
I am 4weeks and 4days today, I have had none stop dull cramping all day and night for the past 2 days. I’m so worried, how much cramping is normal? I also had a bit of light brown discharge yesterday morning, which I know is old blood and normal. But the cramping and discharge together have me so scared, I can’t lose another baby 😔 help me with your experiences please ❤️

I’d say dull cramping isn’t worrisome. I’m 14 weeks and I’ve had cramping almost everyday this pregnancy. I’ve even had bright red spotting a few different times. Baby is completely healthy and there’s no explanation for the bleeding. Prayers for a sticky baby 💕

I had very bad cramping period like and sometimes sharp the first 2 weeks; the doc said not to worry if the pain is not killing you and there is no blood loss. I am now almost 10 weeks and have just very small cramping throughout the day. At the first appointment they said it is very normal and just differs per person.
