Regular periods but irregular ovulation...? HELP!

Thanks for taking the time to read this...
TTC 10 months, poss 11...
I get completely regular periods, 28 days average cycle however, my ovulation doesn’t occur until between 16-19 day of my cycle? Leaving me with just over a 1 week wait... is it even possible to get pregnant in that gap? Also don’t seem to always get EW CM?
