Strep B test - what to expect?

So I’ve read a lot of comments about the strep test ... that they swab “more” than just your vagina.... my doctor only told me it was a quick swab if the Vagina but now I’m curious and want to know what to expect in a couple weeks! lol ... what really goes down?

They swabbed my vagina and my anus, then did a cervical check since I was pant less and in stirrups anyway.
