Good ideas for lunch? And dinner?

Can anyone give good suggestions to give my little one for lunch and dinner ?

My little guy loves ground turkey so I made ground turkey with mushrooms, bell pepper and zucchini noodles and put a little spaghetti sauce in it. He loved it! Last night for dinner I made chicken veggie soup and it was really good. These things are simple and easy. I’m lucky that he’s not a picky eater so far. My first still lives off of mostly chicken nuggets and like 7 other food choices. I’m hoping that by seeing his little brother he’ll want to try more!
