How do you ask someone for their kid?

Recently I was hanging out with some friends I haven’t really been in touch with for the past year or so and my one friend has the cutest little boy who is a year

She joked about letting me keep him for a week but I dead ass wouldn’t mind keeping him for a weekend 😂😂😂 (wouldn’t necessarily want him for a week tho)

I would just need to better babify my home bc her son can walk and stuff and I would be a little nervous for the over night with him bc he knows how to climb out of cribs and play pens

But seeing him and my son play made my heart soooo happy 😩😩😩
