Transition to crib help

My daughter still sleeps in the pack n play in our room. I really like that, but she has just started pulling up on the side and I don't want her to tumble out onto the floor.

We have her crib in her room, but she has never slept in there. I've tried for naps a few times but she just screams until I pick her up.

I thought about moving the crib to our room to get her used to it first, but it won't fit through the doors and it's such a pain to take apart we don't want to do that.

Any advice on how to make this as easy as possible? 😭
