Is Canada Dry safe to drink, even with high fructose corn syrup?
It’s the only “gingery” thing I like, I developed ginger-ptsd after my last pregnancy and the mere smell of it makes me nauseous. But Canada Dry helps me feel normal and keep the nausea at bay.
However I read that the high fructose corn syrup is really bad (in general and obviously when pregnant). However, how bad is it if I drink in moderation and only as long as the nausea is happening?
I’m probably psyching myself out, but it’d be nice to know what you all think.
