Queefing?

Generally it is caused by sex, but is there a connection between queefing and yeast infections? Or maybe a connection between it and your cycle?

Um no. Queefing is just air escaping out of your vagina.

The connection between yeast and cycles is sugar. Yeast feeds off sugar , and when you increase your intake, say during pms, the yeast has a greater success in reproducing because of optimal conditions.

If you're prone to yeast infections, try changing up your diet.

Eat things that promote a healthy microbiome. Try probiotics (with food, of course). Eat yogurt with the "Live and Active Cultures" logo. Take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar daily. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and try to stay away from processed crap...

Also, one of my issues that made yeast infections more prevalent... I had a sugar soap scrub and sweet sexual lubricants... Stay away from those.
