I woke up with visible blue veins on my boobs. More on the right one. What causes that? Has anyone else experienced this?

Your blood vessels dilate (widen) during pregnancy to accommodate the increased amount of blood our bodies produce and to regulate blood pressure. Veins will look bigger and bluer and we are at increased risk for vericose veins and stroke because there is more blood, like 40-50% more.

I always get that before my peorid.. My nipple also turns this purplish color, but that also happened when I was pregnant. I think early pregnancy signs and pms are so closely matched they are hard to tell apart. However when I was pregnant a few weeks in around maybe 5 or 6 weeks I noticed the blue lines were much more pronounced. Good luck and baby dust!

I've never seen this before AF. I was putting on an undershirt & my SO stopped me. He was like you have a lot of veins showing on your boobs. I actually thought he was kidding.
