My mother in law stays with us she is very disrespectful to me and my children and sometimes to her own son. It’s getting to the point now to where she’s on the verge of getting herself put out of our house. She says things to try to provoke and cause confusion because she wants things to go her way. I told her that you live in our house and we have rules and you know what she says? “I don’t care about your rules I’m the grandmother and I should have rights to say what I want to say because I stay here too” that’s her attitude. She’s very insecure and jealous and I’m not tolerating her foolishness anymore. Me and my husband cannot even communicate on a daily basis without her trying to be in our conversation. When we ask her that we need our privacy she thinks that we’re talking about her and gets angry and upset. She takes it out on my children by yelling at them so that’s when me and my husband steps in to tell her the truth. Now she’s going around telling other family that we are kicking her out smh. Has anyone ever had this experience or something that’s similar?Our rules are our rules and if you DO NOT respect them you have to go just trying to decide what to do at this point I am at a low tolerance level with her and I’ve been dealing with this for several months now I’ve had enough🤦🏾‍♀️
