Help with eating healthy and drinking water
I'm 22 weeks pregnant and I'm not a huge water drinker, never was pre-pregnancy. Some days I do have water cravings and I am able to drink a lot but overall I'm really bad when it comes to it. I've always thought water tasted weird (odd I know). Any tips on how I can increase my intake? I've tried the whole add fruit thing but it doesn't really change anything for me. Also, any tips for eating healthier? I'm better when it comes to this but I know I could do more. Especially when I'm on the road, mainly on days that I have class. Cravings tend to get the best of me.
