Its only my second month using my menstrual cup but im not having much luck with the popping open bit. I've tried different folds but its like i insert it and my fat insides kinda hugs it tightly so it wont "pop" open. Its not always i have managed to get it to do it a couple of times but i have had to give up because of frustration and getting sore poking myself constantly. How do it get it to open once inside of me ? Sorry if its a stupid question but im determined eventually i will be able to use it full time.

EDIT: i think ive sorted it. I managed to get it right after a couple of attempts and i havent touched it in 3 hours and so far no leaks !
