Late period
I've been taking phentermine for weight loss for about 2 weeks, my period is like a week or so late, last week I had brown spotting on a pad and when I wiped, off and on for about 2 days, then nothing else. Is it possible that the phentermine is throwing off my cycle? Or is it possible I'm pregnant? My last period ended around the 15th of January.
