Late period ... I think?

Hi all . So I had a baby 8 months ago & we’re trying for number 2 . My period is 17 days late & im feeling sharp pin like feelings in my breast sometimes . I totally forget how it felt to be pregnant but I remember my very first sign was my body temperature being bipolar 😩 anyways, I only breast fed for 2 months then stopped but I never completely dried up, especially in my right boob . Now, my one boob that dried up the most (left) has started producing a little milk again?? So I did two tests & it says negative ??? Talk about mind games . What do you guys think?
