Low sperm count & motility

We have recently been told my husbands sperm is abnormal. His count is 2 million and motility is less then 1%. Our fertility doctor has told us IVF is our only option currently. We are devastated and heart broken. I am looking for any success stories or advice! I know our God is bigger then those numbers, just feeling defeated.

We have ordered all the necessary vitamins to potentially help his sperm.
