Help reading ovulation strips

This is my first month testing on strips. These are my results so far. I double tested today because I had a lot of discharge. My second test today looks like it could be positive? I can't tell. I was just diagnosed with PCOS a week ago and have been taking Metformin for a week and a day. I am no positive that I do ovulate but I am due to ovulate in 5 or 6 days according to the app.

Could Metformin have helped me this quickly?
