CD 38 and 2nd peak? Help

So I've been trying not to obsess but I'm so confused I just have to ask for some help. I usually have 27-28, ocassionally 29 day cycles, I'm now on CD 38. Lh Peak a day before I expected my period, and now getting another pk today? I wasnt testing prior and just was feeling different so thought I'd see where my lh was. Every pregnancy test I have taken since my expected period date has been negative. Cm is all over the place, seems like it changes throughout the day, creamy, sticky, then ewcm..cervix is high and soft today/yest, but has been high and hard over the last week. Also, I took an anti inflammatory med from my dentist for 6 days starting 1/30. Can anyone give me some insight as to what may be going on with my body? 🙏🤷‍♀️
