Swollen Vein & Breastfeeding?

Anyone experience a swollen vein on their boob while breastfeeding? I’ve had visible blueish veins since pregnancy that don’t protrude, but recently over the past few days I have what I assume is a vein running the length of my boob from nipple to the outside. It’s not blue so I can’t be sure, but it is very visible to the touch, as if it were a lump (except in long vein form). It’s super sensitive to touch as well, although I don’t know if that’s simply from breastfeeding or engorgement. Neither breastfeeding nor pumping seem to make it any better.
