Can you leak water and then have it stop?

Weird but Not sure what this was.  But I went to go pee and then wiped. Before I could throw it in the toilet, something else trickled out.  I thought that I wiped all the pee off. But I'm not sure if the second thing I felt was just pee or water leaking out.  It hasn't done it anymore though so I'm guessing maybe not. But I'm pretty sure I got it all when I wiped. It also felt like it came from my vag and not my urethra but maybe some just got in there and and dripped out

I definitely pee on my hands sometimes because the pee will trickle out slowly because of the pressure and then I’ll think I’m done and go to wipe and turns out, I wasn’t done 😂 but if it is your water then it will keep leaking over time so just pay attention or throw a pad on and see if it soaks within the hour.

Best way to check if it was your water leaking is to lay down for 20-30 minutes and stand up! Upon standing after your lay down if it gushes then it was your water! If nothing gushes out it was most likely just some extra pee
