6 weeks HCG at 6,272 should I be concerned??

So I am at 6 weeks 3 days today. The doctors office called and mentioned my HCG level was at 6,272 and I heard a concern in her voice. After asking her if that is low or if it’s something I should be concerned about she replied with. Let’s schedule you for an ultrasound to see where the baby is at. Can you ladies please give me some peace of mind and share your levels at this stage in your pregnancy. It sounded like she was concerned with it being an ectopic pregnancy, but I haven’t had any bleeding, or pain, or any of the symptoms.
