Anyone have GD and high BP

Any of y’all have gestational diabetes and high BP?

Did you deliver early? Was your baby ok?

I’ve had high BP for years and I’m high risk for preeclampsia. Yesterday I failed my 1hr glucose test. I’ll be taking my 3hr test this week and I’m freaking out.

Of course I googled things because I haven’t talked to my doctor yet but GD can cause high BP and preeclampsia. But since I already have high BP I’m so scared I’m gonna have major issues and my baby is gonna be born prematurely.
