food poisoning or morning sickness??
i threw up 3 times today. twice before i ate (just stomach bile) and once after, on the 3rd time i noticed some blood at the end. my stomach hurts a lot (not cramps, just overall sore) and my head is pounding. i don’t know if i just reached peak morning sickness or it’s something i ate. i just turned 10 weeks today.
