16 month old- slight temp for 4 days/teething

My 16 month old has had a slight and I mean very slight temp of 99 (has not gone above 99.5) since Tuesday (today is Friday).

He is cutting a ton of teeth, from what I can there are at least 5 coming through at once including his back teeth on the top and bottom.

He’s been a little more cranky than usual, still eating perfectly fine, still sleeping ok, drinking plenty. Just feels so warm to me.

His ped doesn’t want to hear from parents if their kids temp is below 102 and I know 99 is hardly a temp; but I know every kid is different with how it affects them.

Any experiences with this or advice? I’ve been giving him Motrin and Tylenol when I feel he needs it and is acting irritable, but maybe only 3 times within the four day span.
