Remedies for IUD cramps?
I’ve had the Paragard for little over a week, and the cramps are the worst. I usually don’t get cramps when I’m on my period, so the feeling isn’t something I’m used to. They’ll come and go, and I’ll spot.
I know this is normal, but what do some of y’all do to help w the pain?
Insertion pain was like a 5.5-6/10, iud cramps are like an 8.5-9
