Period or???

So I’ve had mirena for a little over a year now and I normally have a period every cycle averaging between 28-30 days. I do track my cycle since the app does and I was expected to ovulate last Monday the 17. I did have sex that night. Well this Monday 7 days after ovulation I started lightly bleeding and cramping light pink kind of brownish blood, Tuesday nothing, Wednesday I started bleeding again a little heavier enough to fill up a liner in an hour, Thursday nothing and now today I started lightly bleeding again but now it’s darker with little clots in it. My period isn’t expected till Monday. Is my period starting a week early, could it be implantation bleeding or something else?
