IUD/Pregnancy

I know it’s rare to get pregnant while having an IUD. But I’ve known it to happen to a few people. I was just curious of anyone who got pregnant on the IUD if they had symptoms and what those were.

I’ve had my IUD for 1 1/2 years. And usually every month I spot a little. Cramp a little before the spotting. But so far this month no spotting has happened and I’m cramping but these are different. It’s more like pinching in my right side and right by my belly button.

Anything experiences help. Going to be testing soon.
