Deep throat issues

Okay, I have a thing for giving my bf blow jobs. I absolutely love it and so does he. So a couple of days ago we were having sex & I gave him head and It was amazing as usual but now I have the worst sore throat everrrrrr! I can’t swallow without intense pain, eating & drinking anything is excruciating 😖 Has this ever happened to anyone else or do you think I have strep or something?? It’s been 2 days since it happened.
