Private ultrasound places

So I’m curious. Where we live there is a private ultrasound place. I know they’re popular. I’ve had one done by this place and would like to do another now that I’m nearing the end of my pregnancy. They do the 4D images so it’d be nice to see what she looks like. I remember at my first appointment, the tech told me that she’s not allowed to make any “diagnoses” or tell me anything medical wise legally. Which makes sense. So she can’t do much but let you see your baby. She can tell gender and that’s about it. She did tell me I have an anterior placenta.

What do these places do if they notice or see that something is actually wrong with a baby? Like not measuring where they should be or something? If they can’t tell you anything medical wise. Not that I think anything is wrong. It just got me thinking and wondering what they do in those types of situations? Tell you that you should contact your OB? But then I feel like that would make someone panic.

Any knowledge or ideas on this?
