I need advice PLEASE

So I’m on the rod birth control but it’s due to be replaced in a few months. My period was late by 17 days and it came on today. The pain that I’m having is nothing like my period. It goes from barely being there to becoming heavy. Pain and cramps has been far worst but over the past month I been having pregnancy symptoms from morning sickness to throwing up certain foods to sore breast to very emotional. Can I be pregnant? I heard stories of having periods and still being pregnant... I really need help..
