Alice just beacuse what the other comment on here said, Rose and Scarlett are too similar IMO, they sound like you're going for a theme.🤷🏻‍♀️
But I love the name Rose, it's the name of one of my twin daughters.💗💕
And I really looove the name Alice!💛🥺

When I think of Scarlett and Rose, both remind me of shades of red and that's a bit to similar for my personal preference. Best of luck!
