No time in little space

I cant get into little space. I've been trying so hard but I just cant. I live with my family and get barely any alone time besides at night and when I try to get into it I just cant. I'm so stressed and usually little space will help me but now that I cant get into it... I dont know what to do and I'm panicking. I havent been little in months and its confusing me and I cant figure out what to do.
