Is it normal for a 16 month old girl to not crawl or roll over? When she's sitting on the floor and needs to reach something, she'll drag herself across the floor on her bottom or lying on her stomach instead of crawling. And if she falls backwards while sitting she can't roll over to her side to sit. She walks just fine, but hasn't learned to crawl and roll over.
