16 month old.. two naps a day? Or one🤔

Question

How do I know when baby is ready to drop his second nap !? He wakes at 5:30 am every morning 🥴, and by four hours awake he starts yawning. I ask if he wants a nap and he nods his head yes... lol I’m guilty of still rocking him a little, to get him to fall asleep, only sometimes, but he still sleeps 50 min to an hour/ per nap ..but only 30 min if he doesn’t feel me near 🤦🏻‍♀️... can anyone share their daily routine and share how many naps your baby is taking ?

She wakes up between 7-7:30 am and then nurses right away, she has breakfast at 8ish and then lunch at 12, then goes down for a nap at 12:30 and sleeps up to 2 hours. When she wakes up she has a snack, then dinner at around 5 and then bedtime between 7-7:30 pm. So one nap a day for about 1-2 hours and sleeps almost 12 hours at night.

We're on a strict schedule and have been since my son was 6 months. He's slept all through the night since 6 weeks. Currently at 13 months old he wakes up at 7:30/8 and naps at 12/12:30, for about 2-3 hours. Then he goes back down to bed for the night at 7:30/8:00.

My son gets up around 6:30, first nap at 8 and he will sleep til 9:30 or 10. Second nap from about 1-2:30. Then down for the night at 6:30 or 7. Sometimes he sleeps 12 hours straight and sometimes he will wake up once for a milk bottle. Trying to get away from giving him milk at night but I’m happy with his sleep schedule 💕

My girl never rlly took a second nap. She usually wakes up at 7/8 and naps from 12-2 sometimes a little longer and sometimes shorter. Then she goes to bed around 730-830

We’re usually up around 7, he has is milk and then breakfast shortly after. Around 11am he has a snack and then goes down for a nap around 11:30. That typically lasts 2 hours and he ha lunch when he gets up. Maybe another snack in the afternoon and then dinner around 5:30/6pm and 7pm he has milk again before bed at 7:30. 
Now this of course is a rough estimate of our schedule, some days are a little off and then other days can be completely off, but most days look something along those lines. The only part where I really push for consistency is bedtime.

Daniel wakes up 7-8am, eat his breakfast around 830 then we play/clean until 12-1230 if he is looking really sleepy I’ll put him down for a nap before lunch. He doesn’t do well at lunch when he’s tired. He sleeps for 1.5 hours usually so after that I’ll give him lunch and continue with our day. We spend at least 20mins playing outside around 4 or 5. Dinner is served at 7 and he’s typically taking his bath by 730 then he’s in his crib by 8. He rolls around in his crib for about 20 minutes before falling asleep. He tends to sleep through the night (thank god!) 
I give him a bottle before bed and before his nap and it works for us. So don’t feel bad about rocking your baby if that’s what works for you!

The average for babies (from what I have read) to drop to one nap is 15-18 months but every baby is different so if he tired I say put him down! My little girl takes two naps for the most part but she does fine if she only gets one. I do always put her down about 3.5 hrs after she gets up (between 6:30-7:30). I am going to try and switch her to one nap soon but don’t feel like dealing with it haha

My 15 month old sleeps one nap a day for 1.5-2.5 hours. She wakes probably around 6 am but I don't get her until 7 am, then we eat bfast around 745/8 am, snack at 10 am,  active walk around the block no stroller for 45 min or so around 1030 am and then read story at 11:25 am, nap by 11:30 am and I usually keep her in the crib until 2 pm unless she is protesting.  She will wake between 1:15-1:45 pm.  
Took us 2.5 months to get to one nap because she was fluctuating a lot. I just keep her well fed and active and that gets us to the 11:30 nap time.
