I need help! I’ve had this problem since November and I’ve gone to the gynecologist multiple times and every time they test me for BV etc and I never have anything.

I’ve been noticing that I smell and it notice it more a few days before my period and when I get my period. It’s not a fishy smell it’s more of a sweet smell I would say. I’ve looked it up and it says that could be a yeast infection but they tested me for that I don’t have one. I’m going back to the gynecologist next week but I just want opinions or if anyone has experienced it let me know!
