Mild cramps, mixes between this and off though out the day. Started yesterday was way lighter almost a pink tinge to my urine. Went away and wasn’t there when I woke up she stared back today at work. Mild cramps on and off. Thoughts. I’m 6 weeks I believe! Was only when I wiped but there were 2 little spots on my undies. They are getting me in for an ultrasound this week but was hoping for some positive outcomes from you that have had similar spotting and everything turned out fine!
