Frustration

So the guy I’m talking to is a tow truck driver...whatever🤷🏼‍♀️. However he constantly complains about money and how he doesn’t have any. I’ve seen his bank account and he only has $400 all together! Yikesssss. However, he travels an hour each way and refuses to find something closer that makes more money. I told him how much an average tow truck driver makes and he just said okay. Idk what to do, I like him but I can’t see me being with someone that refuses to strive. Am I being unrealistic?
