Having a baby with one tube ?

Last year I went through something totally scary. I was pregnant and didn’t know it never took a test had my period no symptoms no nothing. And on top it was an ectopic. I was about 17 weeks which is very unusual I never had any excruciating pain just kinda like cramps. Until the last day when I went to the the hospital which was cutting close. Sitting there for about four hours before getting transferred to the emergency side because the clinic was closing I was 20 minutes away from my tube rupturing by the time I signed all the paper work I needed and the docs told me how things would go my tube had ruptured and started pooling blood. They got in and cleaned everything up but they had to remove my left tube and left my ovary. About five months after I got baby fever from seeing friends and coworkers pregnant and was wondering if there was any hope for me. Getting pregnant for me is already really impossible I’ve been using glow for about four years and never had any luck. Other than being to the hospital to get my tube removed I’ve never been to a doctor to see if I’m fertile. But the doctor said everything looked fine. I have one , 2 year old that was conceived from when I got raped by a meth head. Was wondering if anybody with one tube has gotten pregnant ? Did you have any complications ?
