Abnormal yolk sac

Had my first ultrasound today. Measured at exactly 7 weeks and baby had a heartbeat of 123. Dr just called me with the official results since a technician just did the ultrasound and told me the sac around the baby is abnormal and to call them if I have any bleeding. I’m freaking out now even though I haven’t had any bleeding.. anyone else been through this? I googled it and the statistics don’t look very good. I’ve already had two miscarriages previous to this pregnancy too. I guess I’m just expecting this pregnancy to end now too ):
