We supplemented formula for the first week while my milk came in. All we had at the time was the huge container of Enfamil which is about $35. We couldn’t find anyone to take it for free 😞 we opened it about 4 weeks ago. How long is the powder good for now that it’s been opened? I still am exclusively pumping and feeding my son breast milk. Is it safe to give the powdered formula to his daycare and have them use it until it’s gone or should we just toss it now? He only goes to daycare 2 days a week while I work so it would still take a few weeks for him to use up the formula.
