Was about to type out a whole bunch of information but honestly screw it. Basics are I went to his house later in the evening because I needed him, bad family mess so I went to stay the rest of the night with him again. I've been told to show up unannounced whenever to his place before. I show up, open the bedroom door and theres him laying with another woman.

I've had my concerns from the very begining and honestly am happy that this clears everything up immediately but I still can't shake the feeling of being beyond humiliated and dirty.

Can anyone speak from experience of feeling this way? And how to move on from it. I cried some, and I'm still in shock I guess, but wish I could at the very least ignore the gross feeling of embarrassment I have.
