Could I be pregnant?

According to the app my last period was Jan 28th. I did spot some Feb 12th had blood drawn Feb 19th supposed to be 21 days after period for a progesterone level which was bad saying I did not ovulate. Well fast forward to today I am currently 9 days late for AF and 2 negative pregnancy tests and a VVVFL on a 3rd yesterday I was SICK all day today I'm having a little cramping but not like PMS cramps. Boobs are sore and I'm gassy TMI I know. Should I test again in the morning?
