Losing vision ?

I am 20 weeks pregnant , i work in a ER & i recently have been getting hot flashes , losing my vision & very weak when i’m walking or standing . Any idea what this is ????

My doctor said changes in vision that last more than an hour two means you should go to the ER. She said it's a sign of high blood pressure and other issues that can cause preterm labor.

I’m high risk twins pregnancy 23 weeks  ,a nurse come to my house every two or three week to check me in my house she came yesterday and she said a this point if I’m having change vision I have to go to the emergency room as sola as possible.
