5 weeks pp with baby three. I'm about to be clear to workout again. I've been walking, but I'm ready to really get going. I know I need to take it slow and ease back into things.
What was your first run like after having your baby?? How fast/slow/far did you go?! I have no idea what to expect. I'll be treadmill running 🙄 due to cold temps.
