Sleep cycles?

Is there anyone else that has a baby that seems to connect there sleep cycle one night, but not the next? My daughter sometimes does great and doesn't wake up after going down... But some nights she's up every hour or so because she's not connecting those cycles?

Yes! Same for naps, some days his naps are 2 hrs and some days he can’t make it past the first sleep cycle.

This kind of happened to me too. Every other day was good. But then it sort of fixed itself! One day I was like “I’ve had enough we’re sleep training tonight!” And that night when he work up I didn’t run to him and was prepared to let him cry it out. So I waited and watched him complain for 5 min or so and he fell asleep. This happened a few times through the night. The next night and every night after that so far no matter how he wakes up. Even if he’s wakes up playing. He falls back asleep on his own. I always thought if he get to him fast he’ll go back to sleep easier but I wasn’t even giving him a chance to go to sleep. So kinda my fault!!
