Head and neck control

I’ve been worried about my babies head and neck control for awhile now. Lastnight I went to visit my brothers baby who is 2 weeks old. He can already hold his head up to where my 3 month old can.. which I know his very strong for his age but my bub is 3 months and 1 week old. Can hold her head up while sitting, lifts her head when I pull her up by her hands but during tummy time she can only hold her head up for a few seconds and it’s only just high enough so she’s not completely face down. Her arms stay by her side instead of infront of her so her elbows are behind her shoulders and hands next to her face.

She can almost roll from back to belly if she was to move her arm slightly. But as for rolling from belly to back she is forever away. When she turns her head from side to side during tummy time her face is pressed against the floor. Not up right..

Does this sound like anyone else’s babies? I just feel like she sucks at tummy time 😂
