Has anyone ever actually felt implantation?

We are ttc and today ( I'm 6 dpo ) I had what they call twinges on my left side. Felt almost as relatable to soft pokes in my ovary. It lasted for 1-2 hours and stopped.

I'm not sure if I'm preggo haven't tested due to frequent urination, but I have alot of early symptoms like breast changes, soreness, low back pain, indigestion, nausea, and heightened sense of smell.

If anyone can answer or has a idea please comment below!!!!
